Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $19/hour + Commission
Shift: 9AM - 5PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 360° Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to client coordination and placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.

• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

• Meet recruitment targets and business requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach.

• Previous recruitment experience is an asset but not required.

• Knowledge of Tagalog or Filipino is an asset.
