Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-oriented 360 Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will support both recruitment and sales activities, manage candidate sourcing and screening, build relationships with clients and candidates, and help connect qualified individuals with suitable employment opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with recruitment or staffing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with people, and managing multiple priorities. Candidates with agency recruitment experience are preferred, and bilingual proficiency in Tagalog or Spanish is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and job placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Support sales and business development by identifying potential clients and staffing opportunities.
Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports.
Manage multiple vacancies while meeting recruitment and business development targets.

Qualifications and Requirements
1–2 years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred.
Previous recruitment agency experience is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, client communication, and sales-related activities.
Bilingual proficiency in Tagalog or Spanish is an asset.
Compensation and Schedule
Hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00, depending on experience.
Full-time position.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Work location in Hamilton or Etobicoke, Ontario.
