Machine & Plant Cleaner

Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine & Plant Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our machines and production facility. This is a hands-on role in an industrial environment and involves cleaning machinery, floors, and work areas.

Training will be provided on the proper use of floor-cleaning equipment and how to safely clean each machine.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production machines and equipment.
• Operate floor-washing and cleaning equipment.
• Clean floors, work areas, and other areas of the plant.
• Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or plant cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding and hands-on cleaning work.
• Comfortable working around machinery and in an industrial environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
