Pay: $25.00/hour

LeadOn Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for an established roofing and metal manufacturing company in Mississauga.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on CNC operating experience who is comfortable working in a production and manufacturing environment and can accurately operate machinery while maintaining strong quality and safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Machine Operator, your responsibilities may include:

• Operating CNC machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Setting up and operating machines according to production requirements

• Reading and following work orders, drawings, measurements, and specifications

• Measuring materials and finished products to ensure accuracy

• Loading and positioning materials for machining

• Monitoring machine operation and making adjustments as required

• Inspecting finished products for quality, dimensions, and defects

• Using hand tools and other production equipment as required

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

• Supporting other production activities as required

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of relevant CNC Machine Operator experience in Canada

• Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings, and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, production-focused environment

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Immigration Eligibility

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have one of the following:

• Valid Work Permit

• Permanent Residency

• Canadian Citizenship

Additional Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday

• Must be comfortable working the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift

• Candidates residing close to the Mississauga work location are preferred

• Own vehicle and valid driver's license are preferred

• Must be available for the client's interview and hands-on skill assessment

• CSA-approved safety shoes and safety mask are required
