Esthetician – Waxing, Laser & Facials

Location: Mississauga, ON
Employment Type: Part time to Full Time (Weekends Must)
Pay Rate: $19/hour to $22/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-body waxing services for female clients.
• Provide waxing services for male clients, particularly chest and underarm waxing.
• Provide facials, skincare treatments, and personalized skincare consultations.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all clients.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and treatment expectations.
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and skincare recommendations.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and client satisfaction.
• Manage appointments and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols for all treatments.
• Follow salon policies and service protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty and skincare role.
• Hands-on experience with full-body waxing, laser hair removal, and facials.
• Comfortable providing services to both male and female clients in a unisex setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities.
• Professional, friendly, respectful, and client-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of skincare products, treatment procedures, hygiene, and aftercare.
• Ability to make clients feel comfortable and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
