Location: Brampton, ON – 350 Deerhurst Dr Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Environment: Cold Storage (-18°C) Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / General Laborer for a cold storage facility in Brampton. The successful candidate will operate both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts while also performing general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
• Load, unload, move, and organize products within the warehouse
• Perform approximately 40% general labour duties
• Assist with packaging, handling, and other warehouse tasks as required
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a -18°C cold storage environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
• Valid forklift certification is an asset
• Previous warehouse or cold-storage experience is preferred
• Comfortable performing general labor duties (approximately 40% of the role)
• Comfortable working in temperatures of -18°C
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing the required duties
• Strong focus on workplace safety
