LeadOn Staffing is hiring Inbound Warehouse Associates for a premier Canadian manufacturer specializing in custom oversized (XL/XXL) architectural entrance doors, sliding patio systems, and high-performance windows.

With more than 40 years of expertise in high-end fenestration solutions, this second-generation, family-owned company manufactures highly customized architectural products for premium residential and commercial applications.

You'll work within a unique facility combining manufacturing operations, corporate offices, and an architectural showroom, supporting the warehouse and production teams by ensuring the right materials are received, inspected, organized, and available when needed.

This is a hands-on warehouse position suited to candidates with experience in receiving, putaway, cycle counting, and forklift/order picker operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Receiving & Incoming Material Inspection

  • Receive incoming raw materials, components, and supplies for manufacturing operations.
  • Safely unload deliveries using appropriate warehouse equipment.
  • Operate counterbalance forklifts to unload heavy or oversized materials.
  • Check incoming shipments against bills of lading, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
  • Inspect received materials for visible damage, shortages, discrepancies, or other issues.
  • Report receiving discrepancies or damaged materials promptly.
  • Ensure accepted materials are properly identified and moved into the warehouse inventory.

Putaway & Material Organization

  • Move received materials from staging areas to their designated warehouse locations.
  • Safely store long aluminum profiles and other oversized materials in appropriate racking/storage areas.
  • Organize materials to support efficient warehouse operations and production requirements.
  • Maintain orderly storage locations and help maximize available warehouse space.
  • Ensure materials can be located and retrieved efficiently when required by production.
  • Follow safe material-handling procedures when moving long, heavy, awkward, or fragile items.

Inventory Control & Cycle Counting

  • Perform regular cycle counts to verify physical inventory against system records.
  • Accurately count and identify warehouse materials, components, and supplies.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Help identify shortages or discrepancies before they impact production.
  • Support overall inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

Order Picker & Production Kitting

  • Operate an order picker to retrieve materials and components from warehouse storage areas.
  • Pick required items accurately according to production or material requests.
  • Retrieve hardware, seals, gaskets, aluminum profiles, and other components as required.
  • Prepare materials and kits for specific production requirements.
  • Deliver picked materials to designated fabrication or production areas.
  • Ensure the correct materials and quantities reach production on time.
  • Work carefully when handling components that may be fragile, oversized, or high-value.

Counterbalance Forklift Operations

  • Operate counterbalance forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
  • Safely handle heavy, wide, awkward, or irregularly shaped loads.
  • Load and unload incoming shipments as required.
  • Transport materials between receiving, storage, staging, and production areas.
  • Maintain awareness of surrounding workers, equipment, racking, and changing warehouse conditions.
  • Complete equipment checks and follow established forklift safety procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment only in accordance with training, certification, and workplace procedures.

You may work with:

  • Long aluminum profiles and extrusions.

  • Production components and supplies.

The role requires you to:
