Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Rate: Starting from $17.95

Responsibilities:

● Operate various types of machinery (e.g., rotary die cutters, flat bed die cutters, roll slicers, etc.) according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
● Set up machines before production and perform test runs to ensure proper functioning.
● Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
● Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet ISO 9001 quality standards.
● Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
● Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
● Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
● Load and unloading material from machines, warehouse and trailers.
● Other duties as required

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
● Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
● Basic understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
● Ability to read drawings or work instructions (if applicable).
● Ability to read and understand measurement devices
● Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
● Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
