Job Title: Machine Operator Trainee / General Labour

Location: Hurontario St At Courtneypark Dr
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60/hour
Shift: Morning Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive paid training to learn machine setup, operation, and production procedures.

• Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision.

• Inspect products for quality and report defects or machine issues.

• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

• Take proper care of production machinery and ensure machines are in good working condition before and during use.

• Clean and maintain machines and the surrounding work area as required.

• Assist with general production and labour tasks as required.

• Handle and lift materials weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Report any machine malfunction, safety concern, or production issue to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset.

• Willingness to learn and complete paid on-the-job training.

• Ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures.

• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Must have and wear safety shoes at all times while working.
