LeadOn Staffing is hiring Picker Packers for a warehouse operation in Mississauga, ON.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity offering a consistent daytime schedule and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

If you have valid Reach Forklift and Order Picker licenses, have your own vehicle, and are ready to start immediately, this could be a great opportunity to get to work quickly.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Picker Packer, your responsibilities may include:

• Picking products and materials accurately according to orders
• Packing items securely and preparing them for shipment
• Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse
• Operating Reach Forklift and Order Picker equipment safely
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Checking products for accuracy and potential damage
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Work Location: Maritz Drive & Skyway Drive, Mississauga, ON

Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Employment: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Start Date: Candidates must be available to start tomorrow.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience
• Valid Reach Forklift license
• Valid Order Picker license
• Valid driver's license
• Own reliable vehicle for commuting to the workplace
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Ability to start tomorrow
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment

Immigration Status Requirement

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. You must have one of the following:

• Canadian Citizen
• Permanent Resident
• Valid Work Permit

Applicants without valid authorization to work in Canada will not be considered for this position.
