LeadOn Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Pricing & Customer Service Administrator for a leading Tier 1 Automotive Parts Manufacturer.
This is a great opportunity for an organized administrative professional who enjoys working with pricing, quotations, customer documentation, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination in a structured manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will support customer and internal requirements by maintaining accurate pricing information, preparing quotations, coordinating documentation, managing customer portal activities, and supporting the broader Customer Service function.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Pricing & Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Pricing & Quotations
Prepare and update mass production quotations based on customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer pricing tables as required.
Prepare and update service parts quotations.
Gather and calculate individual service packaging costs and incorporate them into quotations.
Ensure pricing information and quotation documentation are maintained accurately and on time.
Invoicing & Pricing Updates
Process manual invoices related to pricing requirements.
Prepare and process credit and debit memos related to price updates.
Support accurate implementation and documentation of customer pricing changes.
Maintain appropriate records related to pricing and invoicing activities.
Customer & Program Administration
Monitor, complete, accept, and communicate build-out forms with customers at the end of model-life timing.
Administer customer web-based portals.
Maintain accurate customer-related information and documentation.
Coordinate information and activities across relevant internal departments and functions.
Internal Reporting & Documentation
Complete internal Costed BOM audits.
Update month-over-month tracking using provided information.
Maintain departmental records, files, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Support record retention and ensure information is organized and readily accessible.
Cross-Functional Support
Work with internal departments to gather information required for quotations, pricing, invoicing, and customer requirements.
Communicate relevant updates and requirements to appropriate stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service function and related teams.
Perform other duties as required to support departmental operations.

Required Qualifications
College Diploma in Office Administration or 1–2 years of equivalent administrative experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments and functions.
Proficiency with general office equipment and computer applications.
Previous customer service experience.

Work Environment
This position is primarily based in an office environment within an automotive manufacturing facility.
There may be occasional requirements to enter the production area, so candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and following applicable site safety requirements when entering production areas.
