Schedule: Monday to Friday
Training Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour
Training Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Regular Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production and warehouse operations during the afternoon/evening shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production team, maintaining workflow, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, and helping keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.

This is a hands-on supervisory position suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment and can effectively lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and warehouse activities.
• Lead, support, and monitor production staff to ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and adherence to company procedures.
• Ensure employees follow workplace health and safety requirements.
• Identify production delays, issues, or bottlenecks and take appropriate corrective action.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment required for production.
• Train and support new employees on workplace procedures and processes.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Address employee and operational concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure the work area remains organized, clean, and safe.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work the 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM shift after training.
• Reliable transportation to the Bolton location is an asset.
