RPN Supervisor

Agile Healthcare Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the role of Inclusive Living Supervisor in Hamilton.

The successful candidate will oversee PSWs and support workers within a group home setting, provide staff training, ensure implementation of care protocols, and support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support PSWs and support workers
• Provide staff orientation, mentoring, and ongoing training
• Ensure proper implementation of care plans and protocols
• Monitor quality of care and maintain compliance standards
• Support clients with developmental disabilities
• Perform and oversee clinical procedures including:
• Ostomy care/feedings
• Oral suctioning
• Communicate effectively with staff, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

• Current Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in Ontario
• Minimum 5 years of RPN experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of implementation protocols and staff management
• Current TB test within the last 6 months
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
