Job Title: Snow Removal / Snow Blower Operator
Location: Mainly: Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville & Hamilton
(Various locations across the GTA. Specific work locations will be assigned based on business and operational requirements.)
Pay Rate: $19
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Approximately 40–60 hours/week depending on season and weather

Key Responsibilities

• Operate snow blowers and other outdoor equipment as assigned.
• Assist with snow removal from parking lots, walkways and outdoor areas.
• Clear snow and ice from designated areas.
• Perform general outdoor maintenance and cleanup.
• Assist with garbage and debris removal when required.
• Support the team with seasonal maintenance duties.
• Follow directions provided by the Team Lead.
• Report daily from the designated reporting location.
• Travel to assigned work locations as required.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and performing outdoor work.

Additional Seasonal Duties

Depending on the season and assignment, duties may include:

• Planting
• Mowing
• Garbage collection/removal
• Snow removal
• Snow blowing
• Outdoor equipment operation

Requirements

• Valid G Licence required.
• Photo ID.
• Previous experience operating outdoor equipment is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow and changing weather conditions.
• Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work.
• Flexible availability, including extended hours during heavy snowfall.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform different seasonal duties as required.

Equipment

Required equipment will be provided by the company, depending on the assignment.

Important Note

Hours can vary depending on the season and weather. Workers may receive approximately 40 hours/week during regular operations, with hours potentially increasing to 60 hours/week during busy winter periods.
