DZ Driver / Warehouse Associate – Part-Time

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday & Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 17 hours/week

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced DZ Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Markham. This is a part-time position working Mondays and Thursdays, primarily involving short-distance truck driving and warehouse order-picking duties.

The truck route is approximately 5 minutes from the company location, with the driver required to make two trips per shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck with a valid DZ driver's licence.

• Complete approximately two short-distance truck trips per shift.

• Conduct vehicle safety checks before and after each trip.

• Assist with picking and preparing customer orders in the warehouse.

• Load and unload products as required.

• Organize and move materials within the warehouse.

• Ensure orders are accurate and properly prepared for delivery.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.

• Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid DZ driver's licence with a clean driving record.

• Previous commercial driving experience is preferred.

• Warehouse or order-picking experience is an asset.

• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation

$24.00 per hour
