Job Summary

We are currently hiring General Laborers for a full-time position with a mattress manufacturing company in Oakville, ON. The successful candidates will assist with mattress production, handling, packaging, and general warehouse duties. This position is ideal for dependable and physically capable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and assembly of mattresses and related products
• Handle, move, and position mattresses and materials throughout the facility
• Pack, wrap, label, and prepare finished mattresses for shipment
• Load and unload materials and products as required
• Assist production staff with various manufacturing tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable performing physical and repetitive tasks
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes/boots required
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is an asset but not required
• Reliable transportation to the Oakville work location
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work permit)
