Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a Safety-First individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate should be hands-on and have experience with multiple disciplines (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Validate new and existing equipment
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical schematics, and other specifications to determine the repair method on a failed component
• Work alongside operators in a cross-functional team setting to minimize machine downtime and improve line output
• Build, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot hydraulic-mechanical assemblies using procedures, prints, written instructions, or verbal communication
• Assemble and repair parts and assemblies per process documentation and verbal direction provide

• Assist and train operators on the line to replace or repair defective components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment

  · Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment using hand or power tools

  · Keep the tooling room organized and maintain control of the main spare parts for corrective and preventive maintenance

  · Manage the Preventive Maintenance plan and keep machine records

  · Observe all company safety policies and regulations when performing work

R Requirements :

• At least 5 years of mechanical experience
• Ability to complete mechanical, hydraulic rebuilds/repairs as necessary
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems mechanical systems
• Experience in bottling lines maintenance is an asset
• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to switch from one task to another at a moment's notice
• Able to switch from one task to another at a moment's notice
