Location: Milton, ON
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr + $1.50/hr Night Shift Premium
Shift: Continental Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

7 shifts over a 2-week rotation.

60 minutes of paid breaks.

Job Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Material Handler / Put Away Operator for a manufacturing facility in Milton, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplying production lines with materials, handling finished goods, and maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply raw and packaged materials to production lines as required.
• Store finished goods and in-process products in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload incoming materials, goods, and equipment.
• Stage products for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Operate propane/electric counterbalance and Raymond/Crown reach forklifts.
• Use RF scanners and wrapping machines as required.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and ensure safe operating practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility.
• Valid forklift licences/certifications for: Counterbalance (Propane or Electric) and Raymond Reach or Crown Reach
• Previous experience operating both counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Basic English communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic mathematical and inventory-handling skills.
• Ability to lift up to 29 lbs (13 kg).
• Ability to work physically demanding 12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
