Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift Start: Immediately

Job Overview

We are currently hiring 2 Repair Operators for a pallet repair facility. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting and repairing damaged CHEP (blue) wooden pallets using various power tools and hand tools. This is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to lift and handle pallets weighing up to 70 lbs and meet daily production targets.

Safety Requirements: (Must Have)

• Safety helmet.
• CSA-approved steel toed safety shoes.
• Safety vest.

Safety gloves, safety glasses, and earplugs will be provided at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair damaged CHEP (blue) wooden pallets.
• Operate power tools and hand tools, including hammer guns, nail guns, Sawzall, and clinch guns.
• Lift, carry, turn, and position pallets weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Replace and repair damaged pallet components as required.
• Meet the production target of approximately 5–6 repaired pallets per hour.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear all required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle pallets weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and hand tools.
• Previous pallet repair, woodworking, or manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Ability to meet production targets and maintain work efficiency.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
• Valid Work Permit is required.
