Shipper/Receiver (Full-Time)

Shift: Morning Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team in Milton, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment while ensuring all safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize products and materials within the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all company health and safety policies.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production staff.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Counterbalance Forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit).

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is considered an asset but is not required.
• Forklift certification is required.
